As first time home buyers, we were diving head first into a pool of “what if’s” not quite sure what to expect. We had heard that buying a home can be a complex and tedious process at times, with a lot of waiting and back and forth. We wanted to know what our options were, and began attending open houses of our own accord. While this was an exciting step, we didn’t have anyone in our corner to advise us on the process and quickly felt in over our heads. We talked to our Loan Officer and she told us to contact Dwayne Stefano at Options 153 Real estate. We met Dwayne for the first time at an open house. It was a cold, rainy day, yet he had a smile on his face. Within ten minutes, I knew we had made the right decision. Dwayne spoke to us respectfully and as if we had known each other for years. He gave us the name of the company who did our home inspection (Mark Nardone) which was very helpful as we were unfamiliar with who to contact for this process. Having been in the business for many years, it was clear that Dwayne possessed the knowledge and personality needed to make this process as stress free as possible for us. We experienced no issues during our home-buying process and that was largely due to Dwayne’s ability to appropriately handle situations as they arose. “We welcomed into our home at Pheasant Ln, Marshfield, your agent Dwayne Stefano.  At the end of what proved to be a very informative session Robert and I contracted to sell our property through your agency. For the next six months Dwayne was with us every step of the way.  He informed us of every thing that we had to do before our first showing to improve upon the appearance of this house.  He also informed us of things that we would need to do when we sold the house.
