It's been great living here in our own house and you helped make that possible. I was impressed how you always either answered or got right back to me right away and your flexibility was great too. You took time to show us several houses and never once did it seem as if you were "somewhere else or inconvenienced" and that seemed amazing to christine and I. we also appreciated the fact that not only did you treat us as adults, but you recognized that we are a young couple who knew next to nothing about buying a home and you guided us through the process. "We welcomed into our home at Pheasant Ln, Marshfield, your agent Dwayne Stefano. At the end of what proved to be a very informative session Robert and I contracted to sell our property through your agency.
For the next six months Dwayne was with us every step of the way. He informed us of every thing that we had to do before our first showing to improve upon the appearance of this house. He also informed us of things that we would need to do when we sold the house.
The amount of time and effort that he put into the sale of our house was extraordinaire. The time he took taking pictures and posting the house for sale on the Internet and in local listing was exceptional. Each and every time there was a showing he informed us of all the comments good and bad. He kept our hopes up when we felt that there would not be a sale for a very long time. Thank you for helping me find a house. Your sunny disposition and friendliness go along way with me! Thanks for the toolbox gift too. So far the most “handy” thing is the flashlight. More will be utilized as I go (I’m sure of it).
