As first time home buyers, we were diving head first into a pool of “what if’s” not quite sure what to expect. We had heard that buying a home can be a complex and tedious process at times, with a lot of waiting and back and forth. We wanted to know what our options were, and began attending open houses of our own accord. While this was an exciting step, we didn’t have anyone in our corner to advise us on the process and quickly felt in over our heads. We talked to our Loan Officer and she told us to contact Dwayne Stefano at Options 153 Real estate. We met Dwayne for the first time at an open house. It was a cold, rainy day, yet he had a smile on his face. Within ten minutes, I knew we had made the right decision. Dwayne spoke to us respectfully and as if we had known each other for years. He had an appropriate response to all our questions and anything he didn’t have an answer for right away, he diligently researched and got back to us promptly. He was one step ahead during our process, having printed out information on all the houses we were interested in and he also had information on houses of a similar nature. Each morning he emailed us all the updated MLS listings in our area, but never once pressured us to make decisions we weren’t comfortable with. Dwayne was ALWAYS available to communicate with, whether via text, email or in person which was an important factor in allowing us to keep to our timeline. He gave us the name of the company who did our home inspection (Mark Nardone) which was very helpful as we were unfamiliar with who to contact for this process. Having been in the business for many years, it was clear that Dwayne possessed the knowledge and personality needed to make this process as stress free as possible for us. We experienced no issues during our home-buying process and that was largely due to Dwayne’s ability to appropriately handle situations as they arose. He never once wasted our time with irrelevant information and offered experienced and clear advice when asked. At the end of the entire process, we could not thank Dwayne enough for all of his help. Not only did we end up with a beautiful house, but we developed a lasting relationship with a great realtor and an amazing man. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our business and would absolutely recommend Dwayne to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. At the beginning, we went from expecting an arduous process to ending as if we had just bought our fifth home. My wife and I hired Dwayne to sell our 1st home and to help us in purchasing our new one. We had used other real estate agents. “We welcomed into our home at Pheasant Ln, Marshfield, your agent Dwayne Stefano.  At the end of what proved to be a very informative session Robert and I contracted to sell our property through your agency. For the next six months Dwayne was with us every step of the way.  He informed us of every thing that we had to do before our first showing to improve upon the appearance of this house.  He also informed us of things that we would need to do when we sold the house. The amount of time and effort that he put into the sale of our house was extraordinaire.  The time he took taking pictures and posting the house for sale on the Internet and in local listing was exceptional.  Each and every time there was a showing he informed us of all the comments good and bad.  He kept our hopes up when we felt that there would not be a sale for a very long time.  He kept telling us that there was a buyer out there for our house somewhere and not to become discouraged. It was a pleasure working with Dwayne.  He understood that we were not just selling a house but that we were selling our home.  His extra effort and care to detail was what surely helped to make the sale.  We would not hesitate to recommend Dwayne and Options 153 to anyone who was looking to sell their property.

Dwayne, it’s been great living here in our own house and you helped make that possible. I was impressed how you always either answered or got right back to me right away and your flexibility was great too. You took time to show us several houses and never once did it seem as if you were “somewhere else or inconvenienced” and that seemed amazing to Christine and I. we also appreciated the fact that not only did you treat us as adults,  but you recognized that we are a young couple who knew next to nothing about buying a home  and you guided us through the process.  So thanks again for everything, and the champagne and toolbox (nice touch btw).
